Prior to joining our team, Dammy excelled as an Agile Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) at 4our-I Ltd, where she honed her skills in facilitating agile frameworks and methodologies. As a Certified Scrum Master, she possesses an in-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various agile delivery approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Extreme Programming (XP), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
